Digital currency and blockchain technology returned to Capitol Hill last week during a hearing of the House Energy and Commerce committee’s subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade. The high-level hearing was part of the committee’s “disrupter series,” which gives committee members an opportunity to learn more about nascent technologies with the potential to radically change how we do business.
