Letter of Support for AB 1326 to California State Senate

The updated bill would create a smart licensing regime for virtual currency businesses in the state.

Coin Center submitted this letter of support to the California State Senate for AB 1326. The updated bill, released on July 7, 2015, includes many of the suggestions which Coin Center and the digital currency community has called for in its comments. Coin Center welcomes these developments, which would create a smart licensing regime for digital currency businesses in the state.
