The Conference of State Bank Supervisors has issued a forward thinking draft model state regulatory framework for virtual currency activities

On December 16, 2014, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors issued for public comment a draft model state regulatory framework for virtual currency activities. We congratulate the Conference and the Emerging Payments Task Force for the forward thinking they have demonstrated by seeking to develop clear and consistent guidelines for this nascent industry. Below are comments on the proposed framework filed by Coin Center.
