The New Jersey State Assembly today deepens the ranks of lawmakers who are working to educate themselves on the promise of digital currencies like Bitcoin. The Assembly’s Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee, which oversees New Jersey’s financial regulatory agencies, has invited Coin Center Executive Director Jerry Brito along with other experts to answer questions about the technology, its potential, and the challenges it faces.
