The CC Foundation was organized as a nonprofit corporation on February 6, 2025 and has filed a Form 1023 Application for recognition of Section 501(c)(3) status, which is pending with the IRS. Exemption, if granted by the IRS, is retroactive to the date of incorporation in which case donations made after that date would be deductible as charitable contributions.
